Nothing Short of Amazing
Because of these speakers, I can enjoy music in a way that I have never heard it from a recording. I have floor standing Bowers and Wilkins speakers, but this pair provide the "icing on the cake" that I have been missing for so many years. Definitely keepers for life.

Awesome Sound!
Major league sound from these small speakers. Unbelievable!
-
Exceptional
I have waited to review these. I wanted to give myself time to get over the initial "new car smell" It may never happen! After a year, I'm still amazed by the sound that comes out of these. The clarity is ridiculous, the same old songs are somehow new again. Bottom line, my words cannot convey what your own ears will. If you're thinking about purchasing new speakers these will not disappoint.

Mostly beautiful on the outside. Lovely sound.
Bought as open box...said "excellent" but not quite. Visible marks...but sounds fantastic! Really astonishing sound, especially considering how small these speakers really are.

S-tier bookshelf speakers.
Bowers and Wilkins 707 s2 used in a 2.1 setup for music listening in a small to medium sized room—they’re fantastic. Build quality is premium. It’s a heavy speaker for its compact size. If you’re upgrading from budget speakers, it’s like going from a Toyota Corolla to driving a Mercedes. Less expensive speakers can get the job done, but what you get from the 707 s2 is refinement. The speakers are resolving. If you crave rich bass, add a subwoffer. Paired with a sub with the crossover frequency adjusted, they’re an absolute treat. Feed the speakers power, use good sources, high-quality music, and you’ll be rewarded with a solid listening experience. Clean and minimalist is the design of the 707 s2. It has magnetic grilles. The sound quality is excellent. It’s expensive—but if you’re interested and think this speaker will be an match for your room and system, go for it with confidence.

B&W Does it right!
It started with a subwoofer and now my entire setup is Bowers. The sound is flawless. Highly recommend to spend the extra money and get it right the first time.

I Love these speakers but keep in mind ...
I love these speakers. They are gorgeous and compact. Their ability to render the highs is exceptional. The drawback is that they don't do much bass and I would deduct a half star if I could do that because of this. I knew this going in however and paired it with an SVS sub specifically which is just incredible at rendering a wide range of all frequencies in the low end so it doesn't just go "boom boom". I set the receiver at LFE+Main for the sub and set the low pass filter near the SVS's upper range at 220. The result? It puts a big smile on my face every time I power up!

Exceptional Little Bookshelf Speaker
Wonderful sounding mini-monitor from B&W, best for small and medium sized rooms, punchy bass with very extended high's

Great imaging and great neutral sound. Need good electronics to get the best out of these babies.
