Love the refrigerator.
Love the refrigerator but the freezer is a little small.

Very Disappointing for the Price
I have owned this refrigerator for just over two years now and wanted to give some longer-term perspective for potential buyers. Roughly one year after having this unit installed, multiple interior LED lights began to go out (apparently a known issue). By the end of our second year, all of the lights have failed and the refrigerator is no longer cooling. The freezer still works but the refrigerator continues to give an “over temp” warning and holds temperature at 50 degrees. I have been dealing with KitchenAid and their contacted service provider in our area for 1 month now and after multiple visits we still have a refrigerator that will not cool. Their contracted technicians were supposed to arrive this morning after confirming with me yesterday and they blew off the appointment and attempted to reschedule for next week. As I said, it has not performed it’s primary task of cooling for a month now, so I ultimately had to fire that company and go out on my own (now paying out of pocket no less) in order to have this issue resolved. I thought that at a $9000 price point that the product and customer experience would reflect the up-front cost but I have been disappointed it has not. Multiple calls with KitchenAid, countless hours on hold, a month gone by and I’m having to start over and pay another company out of pocket to resolve this. A month with no refrigerator for a family of 5 has been very challenging. At this point I just wish I could sell it back to them and buy a Sub Zero for an extra $1000. I thought that KitchenAid was a more respected appliance company, but in my experience with this refrigerator it is just overpriced to give the illusion of superiority. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are considering this unit.

Don't buy this product from Best Buy
Refrigerator had a door issue when purchased but Best Buy said not a problem. Now it's sounding like it's stripped and going to fall off and there's no more warranty.
